Ronan PEREGO

Ronan PEREGO is the founding President of IMPULSAR.

Ronan has a 20-year career at GIGN in crisis management in complex situations and uncertain contexts. As a crisis negotiator and tactical group leader, he is an expert in operational training.
With an HEC Paris Executive Master’s degree in management, Ronan now provides his expertise to business leaders and shares his experience on the theme of human qualities at the service of performance.

For several years, Ronan has been regularly involved in several training programs at HEC Paris business school.

Myriam BENIZERI

HEC Paris certified Coach and holder of an HEC Paris Executive Master’s degree in management, Myriam Benizeri strives to put people at the heart of organizations in order to combine performance and professional development.

Myriam worked for 11 years in an Anglo-Saxon environment before being the HR Director of an SME where she managed crisis situations, internal conflicts and accompanied the change with a group strategy based on clear values.
Passionate about HR innovation, Myriam combines her knowledge and experience for strategic and human support.

Pierre-Alain BOYER

Pierre-Alain Boyer, PhD in Neurosciences, has been working for 28 years as an expert in the pharmaceutical industry in the management of communication projects.
HEC Paris Certified Coach, Pierre Alain, accompanies leaders and executive teams in complex situations by using his knowledge from neuroscience research.
Pierre-Alain is also the PiA painter; he weaves with the threads of science and art and practices a transforming accompaniment to bring out the potentials of individuals and collectives.

Patrick DELAMAIRE

A certified professional coach at HEC Paris, Patrick has been supporting executives in their transformation since 2011, after having held senior positions in leading global companies (Apple, VELUX).
At HEC Paris, in 2016, Patrick co-developed the Global Executive Coaching program, which trains coaches to work in all countries. The approach is human, multicultural and effective.
Patrick also coordinates several tailor-made training programs for leaders at HEC Paris business school, in Europe and Asia.

Delphine DÉPY CARRON

PhD in Neuroscience and certified coach at HEC Paris, Delphine Dépy Carron has been helping leaders, their teams and their organization reinvent themselves since 2002 and supporting them in their successful transformation.
Delphine uses her knowledge of human functioning from neuroscience, original and innovative methods enabling managers to bring out a clear strategic vision that gives meaning from the challenges of the company to the operational action plan.
Delphine is involved in coaching training programs at HEC Paris business school.

HEC Paris certified coach, Yann Sonneck accompanies organizations, teams
and individuals in their transformations for more than 15 years. Accustomed to complex issues, he interacts alone or in a multidisciplinary team with executives, their executive committees and their teams.
Coming from industry and distribution, its approach is pragmatic and
oriented towards the result.
